Formerly a rural journalist, Peter started communicating about the Australian wine industry on the eve of its boom in 1986 – as a viticultural writer moving onto become a newspaper and magazine editor and a wine columnist. In 1993 he launched FULLER, a consultancy dedicated to integrated marketing communication with a focus on wine – in all its guises – as well as related industries such as agriculture and the environment.
Although the core of FULLER was, and continues to be, the well-written word Peter has strategically built a company over nearly 21 years which encompasses every communication channel – from graphic design and digital engineering to social media and App development. He has also expanded the portfolio of clients to include sectors such as innovation and technology, fisheries and seafood, manufacturing, mining, higher education, retail and water resources management.
Constantly challenging business and organizational clients to see beyond the obvious marketing or public relations solution, he is a creative problem solver and idea generator, providing a mix of big picture strategic thinking and practical suggestions.
Recent achievements include launching the South Australian wine industry’s Wine Capital brand, providing strategic advice for Yalumba’s Viognier campaign and researching and writing a history of St Hallett wines.
On his days off Peter looks after a very small patch of 100 year old Shiraz vines in the Barossa, plays an understated game of golf at Tanunda Royal Pines and continues to ponder the blank screen of his first novel.

The company’s dynamic change agent. Kathryn has overseen six start-up businesses and organisations in her 30 year professional career and continues to thrive on the challenge of the new.
After a career in social administration, including the development of one of the nation’s first regional carer support agencies, she joined FULLER in 2000 as General Manager, and also headed up a new Community Services Communication portfolio.
As a Director of her family company she has been able to apply all of her beliefs in how to establish a successful and sustainable organisation: integrity, vision, attention to detail, systemised customer service and the establishment of positive staff, supplier and client relationships.
This has resulted in the seriously professional but vibrant culture at FULLER, where our consultants work in partnership with our clients to achieve the extraordinary.
Apart from the day to day management of the company Kathryn continues to have an input into the not-for-profit client list at FULLER, advising organisations about the business of aged, community and human service.
She is particularly excited about the expansion of the company’s digital and social media offering over the last five years as a way of enhancing brand communication outcomes and has played an integral role in the recruitment of the new digital team.
In her down time, Kathryn enjoys indulging her love of art and contemporary design and tending her one hectare garden in Bethany.
The power behind the FULLER engine, Director Will Fuller’s communications expertise is more than the result of nearly a decade of industry experience – it’s part of his DNA. He’s known around the agency and among his clients as the go-to-guy for ‘out of the square’ thinking, drawing on his experience across advertising, design, public relations, digital and social media.
Most importantly, he makes things happen!
After completing a Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications, Will joined the family business, working at FULLER for two years before heading to London. His insider knowledge of the wine industry was behind his successful management of the 2005 Wine Challenge in London and his involvement in the iconic London Wine Trade Fair and Vinexpo in France. Homesick for cold beer, Will returned to Australia in 2006 to manage FULLER projects in Sydney, eventually heading back to Adelaide in 2007 to take up the position of Account Director.
Since returning to Adelaide, Will has advised clients in a range of industries, from manufacturing and retail, to food and beverage and urban development. His diverse portfolio includes international wine brands such as Grant Burge Wines, Angove Family Winemakers, Yalumba, Pauletts, d’Arenberg, Bleasdale, Jim Barry and Dalrymple; environmental home builder Sekisui House; real estate firm Knight Frank; heating and cooling retailer Rite-Price and construction company Badge.
Will gets maximum enjoyment from creating, refining and sharpening brands, drawing on FULLER’s extensive copywriting, design, web and social media resources to connect with audiences in a cost effective, strategic way.
Apart from spending quality time with daughter Florence, Will likes to take wild swings at Callaway balls with his Titleist 3-wood and talk a lot about cricket. This AFL season he can be contacted in the Crows member area of the new Adelaide Oval.
Olivia is a trusted and loyal advisor to FULLER’s corporate clients.
Since joining the agency in 2005, she has driven FULLER’s diversification into finance, technology, education and professional services and has strengthened FULLER’s agribusiness specialisation, working on large stakeholder engagement campaigns with mining, grains, grape, water and fisheries organisations.
Now the company’s Senior Account Director, she provides strategic advice to her clients, drawing on a decade of experience managing internal and external affairs for public, private and not for profit businesses.
Before taking maternity leave in 2013, her key successes were winning a national Public Relations of Australia Golden Target Award for a grape industry drought management campaign and delivering a national media training strategy for the Australian fishing and seafood industry.
Olivia returns on a part-time basis in 2014 working with the corporate communications team.
The apple of Olivia’s eye in the last 12 months has been Florence Mary Fuller, who has just started her journey to consultancy by spending two days a week at childcare. Liv has maintained her commitment to Saturday morning ballet and introducing systematic social behaviours to her other dependent – Airedale Terrier, Winnie.

After a prematurely famous career – hosting a dance-music show on Triple J, appearing in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves, spruiking chambray shirts for Country Road and writing the All Funked Up column for Rip It Up – Paul settled into the adult world of media advertising sales.
For the last 16 years he has been one of the most connected and respected ‘mad-men’ around Adelaide helping to build the empires of Rip It Up, The Adelaide Review and most recently The Australian Traffic Network.
At the more cerebral end of the media food chain, Paul recognised last year that digital disruption is no longer something businesses or organisations can shake their heads at in denial – and that self-directed communication (via SmartPhones and streaming) is here to stay. Hence his move to FULLER and the creative agency world of content marketing and integrated brand communication.
His mission at FULLER (which he has chosen to accept) is to make cost effective, targeted and measurable digital and content marketing, part of every company’s marketing mix. He will be speaking with you very soon.
When Paul’s not out networking he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters which usually involves netball, Lego, SingStar or dancing. As a passionately proud South Australian, Paul is also an active advocate for Brand South Australia and The Adelaide Cabaret Festival as well as sitting on a number of committees including The Big Issue and The Salvation Army.
One of FULLER’s longest serving employees, Kate joined the company in May 2005 following an early career in logistics, administration and print management.
As the company has grown to offer graphic design, web engineering, App development, social media and video, Kate’s role has expanded to take on the day-to-day traffic management, scheduling and quality control of our busy studio.
With tertiary qualifications in marketing and project management, Kate is comfortable working across multiple communication platforms ensuring the delivery of high quality publishing, design and digital products on time and to budget.
A crucial member of our creative team, Kate is committed to ensuring we always exceed clients’ expectation…with a smile.
In her own time Kate travels the state competing on her horses Oliver’s Puzzle and Moss Lake Riley and when not in jodhpurs she can probably be found on the netball court.

Marko brings 12 years experience in web development to FULLER along with a swag of bonus skills such as graphic design, illustration, and print management.
He is skilled at determining the best solution for a client’s needs be it a web platform, integration of a third party API, ecommerce or custom back end solution.

Marko also has a strong customer service focus and the all important ability to multitask with a cool, calm and collected demeanour.
Technically a Captain after gaining his boat licence years ago with a few mates, Marko has sailed the high seas approximately… never. Instead he spends his time falling further down the programming rabbit hole, and gaming with friends when time allows.
Ben isn’t your typical coder: he’s an excellent communicator and loves interacting with people. He’s also passionate about branding – not simply the visual or outward expression of a business, but the conversation that goes on around a brand.
Prior to joining FULLER Ben ran his own consultancy, working on WordPress development, designing and building websites and Facebook applications for clients in Australia, Canada, USA, Scotland and Africa. He loved helping clients with more than just their websites, providing strategy, general marketing, brand and service refinement as well.
Missing a team environment, he applied for and won the digital designer role at FULLER in September and is enjoying contributing to the integrated mix of strategy, communication and content marketing.
Spare time. What’s that? A family man, ex personal trainer, marathon runner, triathlete, and adventure enthusiast Ben is one busy man. When he’s not spending quality time with his family or saving client websites from intruders, he loves to cook and hit the rocky slopes on his mountain bike – sometimes harder than he would like. Having majored in Cultural Sociology and Cultural Studies at university, politics and the social world occupy his interests so he’s a frequent visitor to ABC News 24.
As FULLER’s Digital Marketing Strategist, Matilda provides clients with the insights, data and strategy required to drive results from their online activity.
Matilda firmly believes that a website is there to work for a business and if it’s not getting results – in the form of traffic, click throughs or conversions – it is her job to work out why and how to fix it.
A self confessed Google nerd, Matilda is Google Certified in AdWords, analytics and search advertising.
Matilda, who holds a Bachelor of Marketing Management from UniSA previously took on the role of marketing manager for an Adelaide Hills gym before moving to the UK.
While in Manchester Matilda honed her skills and learnt the ins and outs of conversion rate optimisation, search engine marketing, digital analysis, Google AdWords and content marketing, as well as the latest display advertising techniques and link building strategies.
She was responsible for running digital marketing strategy for global brands such as Audi, Volkswagon and Hays Recruitment. One of her most successful digital campaigns resulted in growing leads for an executive car dealership from 10 to 500 per month.
Away from the computer, Matilda loves baking, playing netball for her old scholars club and (after a year of bangers and mash) is passionate about local food and wine.
