PR Agency

FULLER is based in Kent Town, on the fringe of the Adelaide CBD, in South Australia. Established in 1993 as a PR Agency devoted specifically to agriculture and wine, we have expanded to encompass a range of finance, research, health, community services, food, retail and corporate communication clients over the last 21 years.

We have insisted that clients should be offered an integrated range of communication solutions to improve outcomes and maximise value.

So unlike many other agencies FULLER has always suggested complementary tactics such as design, web, social media and content marketing to value add its PR offer.

We believe the PR Agency of today must be adept at not just defining and crafting stories but also understanding the enormous range of channels which now exist – from Facebook and Twitter to bloggers – and being skilled at engaging them.

This content marketing approach to PR not only achieves greater cut through in the crowded media landscape but is more authentic as the client actually owns its media.

The other major change we have noticed as a two-decade old PR Agency is that content marketing  (as opposed to traditional media publicity) offers the chance to measure success more objectively and accurately. We no longer have to rely on the single dimension of press column centimetres to prove that we have done our job effectively.

Today, we can develop reports that show the exact readership, interaction and response to our carefully targeted and distributed content, confirming to our clients that we are much more than just a one dimensional agency but an innovative brand communication partner to their business.
