With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, solutions-driven approach, Raphaela is an Account Manager who thrives on bringing clarity, structure and momentum to complex creative projects. Her experience spans client service, project coordination and customer experience across both agency and in-house environments, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to support strong relationships and deliver great work.

Before joining Fuller, Raphaela worked at BMF Australia, where she played a key role in coordinating campaigns and supporting seamless collaboration between clients and creative teams. 

Her earlier roles – from customer experience to operational support – strengthened her natural ability to problem-solve, understand people’s needs and create smoother, more efficient ways of working.
