BrandMatters Becomes Fuller

Brands matter to us. As an integrated branding and creative agency we seek to build brands that work, tell a story, and move people.

For Fuller, our approach to brand has always started with strategy, so when it came to establishing ourselves in the Sydney market there was no better agency for us to join forces with than research-informed brand strategy agency, BrandMatters.

A family owned and operated company, just like ours, Paul Nelson established BrandMatters in 2003, to build strong, enduring brands through rigorous brand research, powerful insights and disciplined brand strategy.

Specialising in qualitative and quantitative brand research, insights and brand strategy, BrandMatters was acquired by Fuller in October 2023 to further bolster our research and strategic capabilities, and to strengthen our national offering and client base.

All BrandMatters staff joined Fuller following the acquisition, Paul Nelson as Director of Consulting, Kylie McNamara as Director of Brand Strategy, Ryan Dunshea as Head of Client Services, Daniel Broadley as Head of Creative, and Georgia Haenke as Brand Insights Consultant.

Fuller’s Brand Communication Strategist Kate Fuller also joined the team as Agency Manager, Sydney.

After a short period of transition BrandMatters became Fuller in February 2024 to further integrate the agency’s national service offering.

For BrandMatters clients Fuller’s integrated suite of services provides a more holistic offering, from brand strategy to marketing and communication strategy, allowing us to both create and communicate brands through a range of tactics, including: copy and content creation, public relations, design, animation, website development, video production, digital marketing, custom music and social media.
