MRS Property

Branding from the inside out

A brand refresh for MRS Property leverages its much loved and authentic culture.

Challenge

For more than 15 years, Andrew McIntyre, Geoff Robertson and Paul Scarborough, have grown their business, MRS Property. Working in commercial property advisory, asset management and investment, they came to FULLER in 2017 because they felt their brand didn’t reflect their business, their people, or their approach. With continued plans for expansion, a new headquarters in Adelaide’s CBD and the promotion of new directors, it was the right time for a fresh brand approach.

Strategy

FULLER discovered very quickly that MRS Property had an authentic brand personality, a great sense of what is important and the respect of their customers. They valued personal relationships, had never lost a client, but also knew how to have fun and give back to the community.

Working with the MRS Property team, our strategy was to bring this personality back to the brand, not only modernising the brand but also making it more exciting, energetic and personal – just like the MRS Property team.

Following the brand strategy, FULLER has created:

  • Brand style guide and messaging
  • Visual language and brand hierarchy
  • New photography
  • New campaign materials
  • New website
  • Digital marketing

Results

The new MRS Property brand coincided with the company’s move to its new Adelaide headquarters, a proud moment for the whole team. The new marketing materials and digital activation is increasing brand awareness in the Adelaide business market to support the company’s continued sustainable growth.
