Paul (PK) Kitching

PK is Business Development Manager at Fuller and one of South Australia’s most energetic and generous connectors.

For more than a decade, he has represented Fuller across business, government, not-for-profit and creative communities, introducing organisations to the agency and people to each other.

PK believes the best business relationships begin with generosity, not a sales pitch. His pandemic-era Coffee with PK series has evolved into The Full Table, a monthly lunch gathering hosted by Fuller, where clients, friends and future friends of Fuller share conversation, hospitality and new connections.

As part of Fuller’s Reconciliation Action Plan, PK also convenes the twice-yearly Yarning Circle, an online forum connecting businesses interested in learning about First Nations perspectives, progressing their own RAPs and advancing equity.

PK volunteered as Co-President of the Adelaide Advertising and Design Club in 2024 and 2025 and remains an active champion for a more open and inclusive creative community.
