Olivia is General Manager of Fuller, bringing together people, culture and business operations to build a high-performing creative agency.

A communications strategist and writer by background, Olivia brings a communicator’s instinct to leadership - understanding people, asking good questions and bringing clarity to challenging or sensitive issues. She has a proven strength in developing teams, strengthening culture and creating the conditions for people and great creative work to thrive.

Olivia works across the agency, balancing the needs of employees, clients, creative work and commercial performance. She has led the evolution of Fuller’s people and professional development programs and its For Good program, spanning B Corp and Climate Active certification, its Reconciliation Action Plan and partnerships with grassroots arts organisations.
