Kathryn Fuller -General Manager

The company’s dynamic change agent, Kathryn has overseen six start-up businesses and organisations in her 30 year professional career and continues to thrive on the challenge of the new.

After a career in social administration, including the development of one of the nation’s first regional carer support agencies, she joined FULLER in 2000 as General Manager, and also headed up a new Community Services Communication portfolio.

As a Director of her family company she has been able to apply all of her beliefs in how to establish a successful and sustainable organisation: integrity, vision, attention to detail, systemised customer service and the establishment of positive staff, supplier and client relationships.

This has resulted in the seriously professional but vibrant culture at FULLER, where our consultants work in partnership with our clients to achieve the extraordinary.

Apart from the day to day management of the company Kathryn continues to have an input into the not-for-profit client list at FULLER, advising organisations about the business of aged, community and human service.

She is particularly excited about the expansion of the company’s digital and social media offering over the last five years as a way of enhancing brand communication outcomes and has played an integral role in the recruitment of the new digital team.

In my spare time

In her down time, Kathryn enjoys indulging her love of art and contemporary design and tending her one hectare garden in Bethany.
