Kathryn Fuller

Kathryn is the General Manager and a Board Director of Fuller Brand Communication.

As co-founder, Kathryn helped establish her family’s business in 1993 and has spent more than 30 years guiding the financial, systems and people management at Fuller. She has also provided strategic counsel to many clients in brand communication, marketing, change management, succession, and governance.

Kathryn has a special interest in setting not-for-profit organisations up for success. Prior to Fuller she worked in the community services, health and wellbeing sectors where she established four new enterprises that would improve the lives of children, seniors and people with a disability and their carers. At Fuller she continues to provide advice, guidance and mentoring to not-for-profit organisations seeking to become more competitive in the face of increasing challenges from a changing government funding environment.

A highlight of her career was establishing the first community foundation in South Australia, Foundation Barossa. After 10 years as Chair she is now Patron of this organisation which supports young people with further education scholarships and the wider community in the arts, wine and viticulture and homelessness.

A keen art lover Kathryn has served as Chair of the Art Gallery of SA’s Contemporary Collectors Committee since 2018.Contemporary Collectors is a philanthropic group of donors dedicated to growing AGSA’s collection of contemporary art and championing the art and artists of our time.

In 2021 Kathryn was appointed Chair of one of Australia’s most respected wine companies, Rockford Wines.

In her spare time she enjoys maintaining her large garden in Bethany in the Barossa, walking, art collecting and travel.
