Olivia Fuller
After a 20 year career in PR and communications and more than a decade leading strategic communication campaigns for Fuller’s client base, Olivia transferred her people and leadership skills to management in 2016, moving to the role of Agency Manager.
As Agency Manager, Olivia oversees the development and performance of the growing Fuller team and the agency’s evolving operations, responsible for keeping the team’s skills, agency’s systems and workplace culture and benefits at the forefront of the creative industry. Core areas of responsibility include recruitment, performance management, training and development, culture, systems and technology, customer service and marketing.
In her leadership of the team, Olivia is passionate about helping each individual realise their potential and fulfil their career aspirations through performance coaching and mentoring.
Olivia has a strong interest in ethical governance and plays a key role in maintaining the agency’s BCorp and Climate Active accreditations, which require demonstrated year on year progress and improvement.
She has overseen the development of the agency’s Reconciliation Action Plan and is part of the mentoring team working with staff who are awarded the annual Fuller Fellowship.
Continuing Fuller’s long held support for the arts, Olivia has established partnerships with local arts organisations including Guildhouse, aiming to facilitate more connections between local artists and brands.
