Festival Plaza Presents was officially opened with a Welcome to Country delivered by Jack Buckskin, and a performance by local musician, Georgia Germain.
Fuller created ‘Festival Plaza Presents’ — a flexible identity and ever-evolving event for the public between the CBD and River Torrens/Karrawirra Parri. AKA: Adelaide’s new heart of entertainment.
Entertainment on offer included Hexadeca – a spinning, sound-activating, playground by Pulsing Heart.
We assembled a team of local artists and suppliers, including Mapped, Penny Hospitality, Adelaide Festival Centre, Dave Court, Hygge Studio and Flow Process, to breathe life into the new, 8,000 square-metre public space.
South Australia’s former premier, Steven Marshall MP, opened the new Festival Plaza site.
From sunset beers to morning coffee, a range of food and beverage options were available.
