Job Opportunity: SEM Specialist

About the Role:

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team following agile principles to develop IT systems to support business outcomes. You will work closely with the Head of Digital and Head of Digital Content in a team of technical and content creation specialists to support the design, build and delivery of fit for purpose websites that look great, engage audiences and enhance digital marketing campaigns for a broad international audience.

Qualifications and Pre-requisites

  • At least 2 years experience as a senior Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Five years experience planning and implementing successful SEO strategies
  • Proven success in SEO over at least a 5 year period
  • 5 years experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
  • Knowledge of and experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our clients success
  • A critical thinker with big picture problem-solving skills
  • A team player
  • Excellent time-management and project management skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least a first Degree in a relevant quantitative field.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement our clients’ SEO strategies
  • Work with web developers and our full service marketing team to properly implement SEO best practices
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Regularly perform thorough keyword research
  • Identify key SEO KPIs
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Identify our clients buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum
  • ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links

Job Opportunity: Video Editor

About the role

The Video Editor will have proven experience turning briefs into engaging video content drawing on strong skills in colour grading, sound mixing and basic motion graphics.

The major responsibility of the Video Editor is to use their judgement, technical skill and excellent attention to detail to create clear and effective visual stories from storyboards, briefs and assets.

The Video Editor is also responsible for postproduction administration; ensuring jobs are filed and backed up correctly following the company systems.

It is desirable that the Video Editor is also familiar with camera equipment and shooting, as they will be required to act as an assistant or second camera operator on large video shoots.

Excellent written, verbal and creative communication skills and the ability to work in a team to deliver results on time are vital. Versatility, innovation and a sense of adventure are essential.

The Video Editor is accountable to the General Manager and directly responsible on a daily basis to the Visual Content Creator and Agency Director. He or she will also work closely and effectively with the Account Manager responsible for delivering a timely
result for the client.

Qualifications and Pre-requisites

  • Advanced editing skills to produce professional video content.
  • Ability to use judgement and communications thinking to create a clear and engaging narrative in video content.
  • Ability to follow instructions and a brief correctly without missing details.
  • Experience delivering projects on time and budget.
  • Up to date knowledge of digital compression requirements for video download and streaming web video and formatting for all distribution channels.
  • Strong sound mixing skills; the ability to select appropriate music and adjust audio to a professional standard.
  • An up to date understanding of commercial music licensing requirements.
  • Strong skills in colour correcting and grading.
  • Extremely high attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • High level interpersonal skills and relationship building ability.
  • Advanced skills in Final Cut Pro/Premiere, Photoshop CS6+ and any additional software required to prepare audio and image assets for high quality visual content.
  • Skills in After Effects CC, 2D & 3D Motion Graphics animation an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Undertake a range of video editing projects under the direction of the Visual Content Creator
  • Follow client briefs and feedback
  • Produce visual content in a range of formats
  • Maintain best practise editing standards
  • Assist with shoot prep and pack up
  • Assist with ensuring all gear is in good working order
  • Provide lighting and equipment assistance on shoots as required
  • Be the back up camera operator on shoots as required
  • Work within the account management model to deliver work on time and on budget.
  • Work effectively within a team environment and contribute to the Fuller culture.
