Pippa Lawrie
Pippa leads human-centred design at Fuller. Her role is to make sure we’re delivering outcomes that align with demands and solve problems for users and customers, whilst working to achieve the goals of your business.
Pippa collaborates with Fuller’s digital, strategy, and research teams to identify needs, pain points and opportunities through a mix of methods, including stakeholder interviews, collaborative workshops, and usability testing. From insights gained through discovery, she delivers UX and CX artefacts that address challenges and opportunities, such as journey maps, user personas, and wireframes. She also collaborates with the design and website development team to deliver a final product that is both functionally and aesthetically fit for purpose.
With a passion for climate action and change for good, she has also been heavily involved in Fuller’s internal Climate Active initiatives, and as the 2023 Fuller Fellowship recipient, has built a special interest and expertise in the topic of behaviour change through a human-centred design lens.
